
I am available to help maintain your horses physical fitness through the changing seasons, including keeping them in work during the winter when it may be hard for you to exercise. To maintain peak fitness during eventing, endurance and showing season in summer.
This can include building youngsters first in work so they develop slowly without injury, in a balanced and relaxed way.
Physical and mental fitness are linked and I use the same sensitive/ethical methods used in all aspects of my work.
